Location is convenient, but it's proximity to the railway tracks can cause some noise throughout the stay.
Being an Expedia Gold member, I was given an upgrade to a King Suite which was a pleasant surprise.
Staff at check-in was very busy, apparently the hotel was at capacity. I did attempt a few times to call ahead and ask about early check-in, but was unable to have anyone at the hotel answer, but when I arrived at 3pm I was able to check in.
The hotel and room it self seems to be in need of some minor repairs, my room 424 most specifically is in need of some work, especially the plumbing. The toilet wasn't fit snug to the floor and has quite the wobble. The faucet in the kitchen was very loose as well, neither leaked, but are in need of repairs. Also the chairs in the sitting area are falling apart.
The room was fairly clean, most specifically the bed and bathroom felt clean. A few items missed were the leftover popcorn between the fridge and counter from a previous guest, and some of the surfaces (coffee table, counter, and glass) had smear marks as if they hadn't been properly cleaned.
Overall stay was OK, however for $332 a night, I feel the value to paid wasn't there.
