Don’t book this hotel! I never do reviews but this time I felt I had to. The staff is horrible. The doors are locked and opened by staff. Several times I had to wait 10 minutes for the staff to open or hope a guest is leaving through the door to open. The staff are not helpful and you have to figure things out by yourself. The shades in the room don’t block the light and the sun woke me up early every morning. It was very difficult to sleep when the sun was out. This hotel made my stay a horrible experience.

Limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar. Tinha um cotonete imundo embaixo da cama. O ar condicionado estava sem o controle remoto. Solicitamos na recepção e falaram que iam levar no quarto e não levaram. A sorte que o hóspede vizinho era um amigo e nos emprestava o controle do ar do quarto dele para ajustar o nosso. Uma verdadeira vergonha pra um hotel desse porte. Café da manhã bem razoável, poucas opções e muitas coisas de padaria em estado de velho, duros e murchos. Com certeza não volto.
