First thing i noticed walking into the entryway was the cleanliness of everything as i made my way to the counter. The Associate was very polite and cordial! The staff made checking in seamless and was granted an upgrade to a king suite. I have been to many overnight venues and i could not find a single complaint "1" with the cleanliness! Bravo to cleaning staff! (My wife is very picky in the "clean" area and she gave 2 thumbs up). Thank you mostly to the staff and also to the management that gives the "Boots on the ground" crew the tools they need to reach excellence! Well done all!

Everything about our stay was amazing, from the staff, room, amenities. The only one thing I had a problem with is we ate at the restaurant every day and continuously ordered the same menu items but the quantity wasn’t consistent. On one particular dinner experience my son literally only had 2 broccoli crowns and 3 carrot slices for his mixed vegetables with his salmon but the other two nights the same meal came with 5 broccoli crowns, tons of carrots and sliced onions. But I didn’t complain at the time because the flavor was very delicious and staff was amazing. Also I know they’re thinking about doing away with sofa beds but I really wish they would reconsider because that was truly the deciding factor in my decision to stay there. Thanks
