Seamless check in when we arrived after an eaely morning start travelling - The lady who dealt with our check in was warm and welcoming and made us feel at ease straight away. The room was spotless and was cleaned daily with fresh towels if required. Great size for a family of 3, would most definitely visit again. Only thing missing was they were unable to provide a bed guard for our 3 year old, he is too big for a travel cot.
