Itens de toalhas de banho muito velhas mesmo, além de muito finas e encardidas. Mesmo cardápio de café da manhã todos os dias e suco ruim. O que salva são os funcionários muito educados e solistas. Não realizaram a limpeza no quarto em dois dias. Localização é boa para quem deseja ficar no centro Tem bons supermercados, farmácias e restaurantes por perto.

Eu reservei quarto com cama de casal e nos colocaram em um quarto adaptado com 2 camas de solteiro juntas e embaixo da cama com sujeira. Não reclamei pois chegamos exaustos e só usamos para pernoite. Mas deixamos registrado nossa insatisfação na recepção.

Estabelecimento bem localizado, em bairro residencial muito próximo ao Centro da Cidade e cercado de estabelecimentos comerciais (mercados, farmácias, bares, restaurantes, etc). Apesar de, aparentemente, ter sido remodelada há não muito tempo, a acomodação estava grandes sinais de deteriorização (paredes manchadas, móveis com lascas, etc). A descarga do banheiro estava com um grande vazamento contínuo e tive que reclamar duas vezes para que providenciassem um reparo definitivo (somente no terceiro dia da hospedagem o fizeram). A porta do box não fecha completamente e, ao tomar banho, tem-se que ficar a segurando para que a água não se esvaia para o quarto. Apesar da roupa de cama e banho limpas, a limpeza da acomodação apresentava-se extremamente insatisfatória (não tendo havido sequer serviço de camareira no último dia da hospedagem). O café da manhã era farto e sortido, porém observei que o serviço também era bastante precário: a equipe não providenciava a limpeza das mesas e a reposição de pratos e talheres à medida que os hóspedes se revezavam no salão de café (ocupadíssimos que estavam em animadíssimos bate-bapos sem fim...). É disponibilizado o uso de ferro elétrico e tábua para passar roupa; quando fui passar uma camisa, passei o constrangimento de ser vigiado o tempo todo por uma funcionária especialmente designada para isso, que se plantou ao meu lado sem trégua (temiam que eu fosse furtar o ferro elétrico?). A equipe do check-in/check-out foi bastante gentil.

A limpeza é até boa, a cama muito confortável, porém, não apenas o quarto, mas tudo no hotel é velho. A pressão da água do chuveiro é fraca e por mais que o hóspede regule o chuveiro, ele não esquenta o suficiente. O ar-condicionado só refrigera mesmo quando o tempo está frio e chovendo, porque no verão, eu imagino que ele não consiga resfriar bem o ambiente, apesar de ser um aparelho novo. Ou seja, não devem fazer manutenção e limpeza de filtros. O café da manhã não é satisfatório e nada diversificado. Não há muitas opções para se tomar um café da manhã em que o hóspede possa dizer: "Estou satisfeito!". Isso não acontece! Portanto, NÃO RECOMENDO a hospedagem.
