This hotel exceeded my expectations! Definitely one of my favourites and I’ve already been spreading the word to friends and strangers. This is does NOT feel like a 3-star at all. Service is impeccable and the rooms are top notch, offering things like a pillow menu (which I happily used). Joshua at the concierge desk was phenomenal and suggested many local food places that were authentic and very tasty!

Very clean room, a bit dark in the bathroom but super clean and helpful staff. The pool and the gym were great. Towels provided at pool. Shuttle in the morning to various breakfast areas. They have coin operated washers and dryers in site, best of all are the staff, such really nice people. Would definitely stay again. Gorgeous hotel and beautiful room for a very good price. Prob the best hotel on our Malaysian travels. Amazing rooftop swimming pool (with crazy see through bottom) and rooftop bar with stunning views. Downside was no breakfast available at hotel but they offered a free morning bus service into town and suggested food places for breakfast. 5 stars and would definitely recommend xx
