This place hits way above it's pay scale. Aldo and his staff was very helpful and the meal was the best we had while in Italy. We were able to pick up a bottle of Grappa and enjoyed it for the remainder of out travels throughout Italy. A wonderful, authentic wine experience.

Stunning

We loved this place. It was difficult to find at first but once there, it was lovely. The property is incredibly beautiful and the room was espacious and very clean. Who doesn't want to wake up with a view of the Toscana. We went for dinner at a town 10 min away called San Quirico and it was stuning. It was a shame our trip was so short. I'd definitelly go back for a longer stay.

Be careful - a really poor / wrong listing

Be really careful booking this property. The room we ended up with was not what was listed - a completely different location. Very confusing instructions and address of property. No pool, no service, no meals available, no breakfast, no laundry - all things that were listed as available. But, the location and room was great. Strangely equipped room with a wine fridge but no wine glasses. Only one drinking glass - nothing else.

One of the best places we stayed for one night , the host (owner and chef) was very friendly and the food he cooked was amazing - one of the best meals we had in the 3 weeks we stayed in Italy. Getting there by car was convenient but no easy to find. Once you are there the place is amazing and the food just great!

Beautiful place, the view is amazing. So quiet. The water of the pool was lovely. We stayed for 2 nights and at one of the night we ate in the restaurant of the hotel and the food was so tasty. We definitely go back if I have the occasion.

I need a refund. Link they sent to check-in is in Italian. No english opt. I have to translate it w/ my other phone. Web page was slow and would freeze. I confirmed my check in, no room number nor code was sent back & instructions. No receptionist. Everything is online w/ very bad webpage. People at the place didn't help nor speak english while we were figuring out how to get to our room. We were all tired from the drive. We ended up renting another place close by w/ receptionist that speaks English. Very bad experience w/ this place.

Nos hospedamos em seis pessoas e o lugar superou todas as expectativas. Extremamente lindo, aconchegante, tranquilo e com uma atmosfera única. Tudo muito limpo, organizado, bem cuidado e preparado com muito carinho. Sinceramente, nosso único arrependimento foi ter ficado pouco tempo. Além disso, uma das pessoas que estava conosco esqueceu o passaporte na hospedagem, e o Aldo foi extremamente atencioso e honesto: entrou em contato conosco imediatamente, guardou tudo com segurança e conseguimos voltar para buscar sem nenhum problema. Isso mostrou ainda mais o cuidado, a responsabilidade e o carinho que ele tem com os hóspedes. Foi tudo impecável. Aldo foi extremamente cordial, solícito, educado e sempre disposto a ajudar. É, sem dúvida, um lugar para o qual voltaríamos muitas vezes na vida. Uma experiência inesquecível na Toscana!

CHE DELUSIONE

Purtroppo la mia esperienza è negativa. Nonostante la location e fosse bella i proprietari e i servizi sono stati scadenti. Per un problema di check-in online abbiamo rischiato di non poter alloggiare nonostante avessimo pagato in anticipo. La colazione non era prevista e la camera non corrispondeva a quella nella foto. Abbiamo chiesto se era possibile cenare in struttura e prima di avere una risposta, che ovviamente è stata negativa, e’ passato un giorno . I proprietari assenti per tutto il soggiorno e la mattina della partenza non si sono preoccupati minimamente di salutare. Il prezzo pagato per la stanza è stato di gran lunga superiore a quello che la proprietaria ha indicato nel listino. I purtroppo non consiglierei a nessuno questo hotel . Davvero deludente.
