Staff very helpful, breakfast was excellent, everything cooked to order & a lot of choice. We also had dinner one night & the evening meal was excellent too. Rooms were very clean, nice powerful shower. We had a lovely experience. Only negative would be double standard room is a bit small & the walls are paper thin - we could hear everything from rooms either side!

Just a quick overnight stay as I needed to be in the area for work. Lovely room overlooking a green park area. All staff were lovely and very attentive, especially the restaurant team. Had dinner in the hotel and good choice menu with delicious food, complements to the chef! Good bed and bedding, being critical, there was some mold on the ceiling and top walls in the bathroom, over the shower. I would definitely stay again.

Hotel was clean. Check in was quick although i had to wait for someone to come. There was parking but it was full up so had to park outside but it was still free and no issues. Room service was closed by the time i checked in bit later times would have been great. I couldn't find any info about room service. A paper document would have been good. O didn't understand that you needed to use QR cide on the phone. There was a wedding function so i thought it would be noisy but it was surprisely quiet. Breakfast was nice. Had full breakfast. I enjoyed the Haggis.

We were very fortunate to be offered an upgrade to a suite on arrival. To say the suite was luxury is an understatement. We ate in the hotel for both breakfast and dinner. Plenty of choice for both and excellent quality and reasonable priced. When visiting the area we will endeavour to stay again.
