"Very child friendly but still enjoyable for the grownups."

"The double room that we booked did not seem to fill a double room. It was too smaller than I was suspected. I had to upgrade it when I got there, sink was clocked. Hand soap was empty throughout the whole time we were there. Paper towels was empty price wise was reasonable."

"The hotel is not centrally located as advertised, which was disappointing. The hallways had an unpleasant smell throughout my stay. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful. I was surprised to be charged for luggage storage, as they only offer paid lockers. The soundproofing is very poor — you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, including very intimate noises, which made the stay uncomfortable. There is also noticeable noise from trains outside. Overall, the hotel does not offer good value for the price."

"We loved the property, walking distance to train station and loved the breakfast, nice and helpful staff, good for staying overnight, we had long layovers for our connection flight next day and took the train to hotel.the only problem was no elevator and my husband had heart issues and hard to go up through stairs but we didn’t ask to change the floor, I am sure we f we were requested, they were going to change it . Thanks"

"It was good enough. Location was great as it was 5 minute walk from the Copenhagen central train station. The rooms itself were small but was good enough to sleep. The showers were tiny and water pressure was terrible and water wasn’t that hot. Asking for extra pillows and towels were like pulling teeth. Not sure what the issue is with that considering they don’t clean the rooms every night so just wanted some fresh items for our second night. Overall it was ok. Clean and good enough for a couple of nights."
