An Amazing hotel/resort! the building and grounds are clean and well-maintained, with beautiful decor inside and out! When we arrived, we were handed a glass of champagne to enjoy while checking in (yes please! and Thank You!). The entire staff were very helpful and friendly. The food and restaurants are delicious (the Cocoloba bartenders are The BEST!! -- Linsey, Tony, AJ, etc., Thanks for the wonderful service and all-around great time), and the provided amenities are totally worth the resort...

Out of all the resorts this place was the most beautiful spot on the whole road. Has the best bakery and the best steakhouse literally located on the same property.
Condo was very clean and has a very comfy bed and a very comfortable pull out couch. Will definitely stay at the same place if we visit again.

We were in a King studio suite which was very nice. We had lots of space. The kitchen was great and we enjoyed the eating area. It was nice to have 2 TV's! The air conditioning worked great. Our room was cleaned every day by early afternoon. The people in the front office were very helpful. The use of the Westin pool, beach, and related facilities is the best feature of all. It is a reasonable daily resort fee and you can enjoy a beautiful beach and pool. It is a quick 5 minute walk to the...

Great staff, food, and features like the beach being right outside! Only downfall was they were doing a lot of maintenance and reconstruction at the time so it was noisy fairly early in the morning but otherwise everything was perfect!

Pros:
There was a dock, which could potentially mean you could fish?
Jet ski rentals!
The pool was nice and big.
The service people in the front were extremely helpful with tips and things to do.
The room was clean and had a beautiful view.
There were iguanas and chickens everywhere!!! we chased them all over the place!!
Golf course on the property.
They also had a schedule of free things to do in the property! (we didn't do any since we were busy touring the island!)

I love being able to walk out of my room straight on to the beach, this place is at the most northern point on the island, you can watch the sun rise and sunset, it’s not a commercial headache, far away from the regular tourists

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was excellent, the staff was courteous and helpful. There was not a beach nearby, but you could get towels, chairs and an umbrella and go up to Governors Beach, just up the road. The pool was adequate.

We had a party of 11 staying in 3 different rooms. We all had an exceptional
Experience. Beautiful new rooms! The breakfast was the best and the staff was absolutely delightful, not to mention helpful! The actual hotel beach spot is very small but the free shuttle service to different spots on 7 mile beach was awesome. We had the best vacation and would recommend this hotel over and over.

We spent 7 days (workacation) at Marriott a week before Christmas and loved it. The hotel staff was attentive and helpful! The activities (paddle boarding, stingray city, yoga, boxing, etc) and food choices were great too. Although the hotel beach was washed off by the hurricane, you could simply walk over to access the long stretch of the beautiful 7 mile beach. Due to this, beach chairs/pools/restaurants were right on the ocean, the view was gorgeous, quiete, and exclusive to the hotel...

the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pools were very well maintained. Their is a little store not far from the property. It is quiet on this side of the island nothing like busy George Town. If you want a relaxing vacation this would be it.

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in West Bay
Book for the cheapest times: The most affordable time to visit West Bay is between August and October, when hotel prices may drop. For those on a budget, a stay of at least 4 days is great value for money, allowing enough time to discover the area's significant landmarks, historical sites, cultural experiences, and natural attractions. Visitors can enjoy exploring the rich history and stunning scenery that West Bay has to offer while taking advantage of the lower prices during this period.
Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To uncover last-minute deals in West Bay, visit the Dealsopens in new window or Last-Minute Deals sections on Hotels.com, where you may discover discounted hotel rates as your travel date approaches. Enabling email alerts or push notifications can keep you informed about flash sales and special promotions, helping you save on your stay. Additionally, Smart Shopping is a handy comparison tool available in the app that allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities. With these resources, you're more likely to see updates on availability and price drops, ensuring you don’t miss out on a last-minute getaway.
Be flexible with dates: Prices can fluctuate based on factors like the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year. Being flexible with your travel dates may help you save on your stay at a West Bay hotel. If you're in search of a distinctive experience, boutique hotels often provide a more personalized touch and can sometimes offer better value. When you book with Hotels.com, we’ll inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price is on the higher end, we’ll recommend alternative dates that could be more affordable to help you find the best deal.
Consider your location: Staying in the heart of major cities like West Bay can be incredibly convenient, as it places you close to popular attractions and vibrant local culture. However, this prime location often comes with a higher price tag. In contrast, smaller towns and rural areas are more likely to be affordable, allowing you to stretch your budget further. For those seeking better rates, considering accommodations outside the city center can be a wise choice, though it may involve some extra travel to reach key sites. Additionally, exploring nearby cities can reveal a wealth of experiences while offering more budget-friendly options.
Best time to go to West Bay
West Bay has a varied climate due to its size, so the best time to visit depends on the region and your preferences for weather and crowds. If you’re looking to soak up the lively atmosphere in West Bay, July, August, and December are the peak months to visit, bustling with fellow travelers. During this peak period, the weather is mostly sunny, with little to no rainfall. However, if you prefer a more relaxed experience, April, September, and October are perfect for a quieter getaway, marked by no to moderate rainfall and mostly sunny conditions.
