My stay in Stayso by Cloud was exceptional. The hotel atmosphere is unique and you get that feeling at the first moment you step in. The room was spacious and well decorated. The coffee bar offers a first drink as a complementary. The hotel is seated outside so it gives you the option to start nicely your day drinking your beverage in the open Air. The staff is friendly and helpful. Especially Sabah and Shayma who made my stay even more interesting.

Staff were very nice and friendly but the hotel itself was not exceptional quality as the reviews suggested. Rooms were too small for the rates that we pay and air conditioners were not working for the whole evening after a very loud fire alarm at midnight that lasted for minutes with no instructions for guests.. Overall it was an average hotel that I would not book again if I want a high quality hotel

Oteli otoparkı olduğu belirtildiği için tercih ettim. Gece geç saatte ulaştık otele. Gece resepsiyonda olan arkadaşa otoparkı sorduğumda otopark olmadığını, sokak içerisine park etmemi söyledi. Zaten arabamı hemen yanda bulunan bir iş yerinin önüne park etmiştim. Sabaha kadar burada durmasının sakıncası olup olmadığını sorduğumda ve araba için kendilerine ulaşan olursa beni haberdar etmelerini rica ettiğimde kendiniz takip etmelisiniz dedi. Sabah erken saatte aracımı bir otoparka bırakma kararı ile, çünkü saat gece yarısını geçmişti, odama çekildim. Saat 02.00 gibi, daha yeni uykuya dalmışken, koridorda birisinin otel görevlisi diğerinin de elektrik tamir ustadı olduğunu düşündüğüm iki erkek son derece yüksek sesle konuşarak bir odanın elektrik arızasının giderilmesi ile uğraştılar, sanırım kettle çalışınca şalter atıyormuş. Ancak bu rahatsız edici gürültü de bitince uyuyabildim. Sabah da erken saatte kalkarak aracımı yakındaki bir otoparka çektim. Gündüz resepsiyonda çalışan arkadaşlar çok kibar ve yardımcıydı, otel oldukça temizdi, lokasyonu da son derece iyi. Odalar konforluydu. Ancak yukarıda belirttiğim durum nedeniyle pek konforlu bir gece geçirmedim. İstanbula Ankaradan gelmiştim ve otelde geçirdiğim geceden sonra Çanakkaleye gittim. Bu uzun seyahatler boyunca araba kullanıyor olmam nedeniyle otelinizde geçirdiğim gece benim için bir talihsizlik oldu.
