Losing its touch

Has lost its touch little by little. Have stayed here 3 times and each year we notice it’s gone downhill a bit. Spent 4 days before they finally cleaned our room and that was because I had to request it multiple times. Trash by the ice machine wasn’t picked up often leading to overflow.

I like the location of the property and that it’s hidden from ongoing traffic or the main road. Very quiet and that’s good. The property itself needs some maintenance, the pool was very dirty, there was no entrance gate to it and was blocked off with zip ties and a plastic material. The floors of our hotel room felt unsafe to walk on without shoes or socks and the couch/sofa bed had lots of stains which just makes it feel unclean

Lovely stay

Never used Home2 suite before but we were absolutely satisfied. Very nice and big room. Clean (except the shower) and the service was amazing. It is about a 20min drive to downtown but has amazing surroundings. We really loved it and has already booked the next stay in another city.
