Repeat stay

We've syayed at this hotel fr the Oklahoma International Bluegrass festival nearly every year for about 15 years now. It continues to be a pretty good value and a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. You can tell the property is older in some ways but it have been updated in several areas and was very clean. I always enjoy having the hot breakfast available.

The breakfast was not that great but not horrible. There was no blackout shade on the window so the light on the outside of the building shined in. The tub faucet needed some help. Everything was very clean and people were very pleasant. Have stayed in the past snd will again.

Hotel was just okay. Bed was ok. Pet fees are high especially since everytime you take them out to potty you have to pick cookaburrs out of their paws.

The bathtub/shower have mold on the walls. The floors were sticky The floor boards are broken and sticking up. The comforter has what looks like blood stains. The room smelled dirty, not fresh

It was ok for the price. Bed was fine for me my husband thought it was too soft tho. One nice thing was we were able to leave cash for the deposit and then get it back right away in the morning instead of having to wait for it to go back on a card. The breakfast was not much we didn’t even stay for it.

This is our third stay here in the last two weeks and we stayed here twice last year as well. It is a fine hotel, well maintained and Bruce at the front desk is a very welcoming presence. Nothing about our room was substandard, no items needing maintenance. We will never fail to stay at the Territorial Inn on our trips to Wisconsin from South Texas.

Pillows were not good. Carpeting on floor...not a good choice for a dog friendly hotel. Loved that it was dog friendly. Great customer service...when we could get volume on a TV station a gentleman went reset the antenna.

I stay here when i drive to visit family. The rooms are clean, the staff is courteous. The area is quiet and the mattresses are firm. I sleep like a baby here.
