The hotel stay I purchased through Hotels.com included free parking but the Marriott refused to honor that free parking. I had called the hotel in advance and the reservation specialist had confirmed it was included and was the valet parking. After waiting over an hour to get to the hotel valet area due to the hotel’s ridiculous and chaotic valet system, the front desk person and her manager stated that they would not honor the parking included in my rate. I ended up paying an extra $70 fee for parking.

Getting into position for valet parking was a long, stressful experience. The staff was very helpful and most courteous. Getting an elevator on the 40 floor to ride down and checkout took over 20 minutes. All were full to the brim so we just had to wait.

Had reservations for a month for two nights. When we arrived we were told they didn’t have room for us. We were told to go to a sister hotel for one night then come back for the second night.
