This was my second time staying here, and honestly, it was even better than the first. I had such a great experience from start to finish.
A huge shoutout to the housekeeping staff, especially the lady who cleaned my room — she was absolutely amazing. Every single day, my room was left spotless, smelling fresh and wonderful, and the bed was always perfectly made. Every time I came back from the beach, someone had already come by to clean and organize everything, which I truly appreciated. Her attention to detail did not go unnoticed.
Also, Axel at the front desk was so helpful and informative. He made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. I had requested an early check-in, and they were kind enough to check me in at 11 AM instead of 3 PM, which was a huge plus since we had a very early flight and arrived at the hotel around 9 AM.
The amenities were 10/10, the food was delicious, and I honestly have no complaints at all. One thing I especially loved was how they had so many food and alcoholic drink events by the pool throughout the day — it made everything so convenient when relaxing poolside because you could just grab something and head right back to your spot.
Overall, I had an amazing stay and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!
