Very reasonably priced hotel when visiting UST. This hotel gives you the most value for its price. It’s relatively clean. It is a bit noisy coming from the street traffic. Air conditioning works, hot water works... can’t really complain for its price.

The first time Of my stay was such a “no-no” because of the drunk people on the unit beside our assigned unit, which extended until 2am in short the plan to have a good rest was not achieved, though the unit were an A+ unit, last week was my second and hopefully not the last, should you consider suggestion sana may enough parking slot para sa occupants

Only 1 working elevator

Location is the best if you want to be close to UST. Staff are friendly and helpful. But there are A LOT of things that needs to be improved on 1. Unfortunately, only 1 of 3 elevators is working when we where there. Imagine serving 32 floors with 1 elevator that can hold only a max of 10pax. Skyloft is not only a hotel, most floors are condo/dorm and office spaces. People are moving in and out of their condo units/dorm with furniture and they occupy most if not all of the elevator space. At one point we had to take the stairs from the 31st floor to the ground level bec after waiting for several minutes and the elevator opened at the 31st going down it was half full already and they had to pick up people from the 24th. Before I could appeal, the elevator lady closed the elevator door. So before checking in, best if you ask if at least 2 elevators are working because if not, you have to be ready to take the stairs. 2. There are only limited (i think 2) parking spaces alloted for the hotel. We had to park less than a block away. 3. It is impossible to contact the hotel beforehand for any inquiries whatsoever because nobody answers the phone! Even the phone in the room which I believe should connect to the front desk, doesn't work.

The staff are not friendly and not service with a smile. They’re not even polite. Especially in the LOBBY. No “welcome” service. No provision for parking check-in guest. And also i don’t have any OR.
