Do Better to serve your customers
The dinner quality is not good for the price paid and the time waiting for it. It was simple food, but the bartender was good service. My children had to us one good towel and a couple unfortunately a used towel to dry off because the front staff was not in a hurry to help us get towels. My wife went to the front desk and so did I to ask for towels because they had none at the pool. It was only my two boys swimming and the lady I talked to at night 2/14/2025 at the front desk could have cared less so we had to be hostage at pool waiting for nothing and nobody for simple towels. If your staff can't get someone to bring towel and serve your guest, then find people that will. We were tired and wanted to go to our room. Had to wait in long line to buy enery drink in the morning at coffee shop with only one worker to finally be told we could buy the drinks at front desk. Honestly, the hotel needs to have a meeting and get the workers to get a grip on why they are there and who they need to serve. People pay their hard earned money and travel to stay there, the least you could do is your job and also sometimes when you cant get help from other workers, you have to do it yourself. There was one customer me, and two workers at desk, you could have made it happen, but didn't. It wasn't "VIP" at all.
