It was cleaner but there was still dog poop around. You need to be careful where you step

Upon entering there were quite a few stains on the carpet and the air freshener smell was overwhelming. The property is outdated, which isnโt necessarily the issue, but it does seem as if more care could be taken to keep things clean. Our bedroom had very dusty areas, the notebook/pen container hadnโt been cleaned and had a dirty notebook with greasy food fingerprints. The bathroom had someoneโs hair on the floor and in the shower and I had to wipe something out of the sink. The elevator had a burning plastic smell that was a bit alarming.

We were disappointed with the breakfast. Not enough hot foods, like eggs, sausage, biscuits, etc. The vending machine did not work. It was kinda loud, smelled like smoke at times and could smell weed. We did like the balcony, very nice. The room was neat and clean. We only had a one night stay so it was fine for the night.

Overall the stay was not bad. The bathroom was the worse , just dirty! Killed one spider so thats not bad. The staff was nice but alot of confusion at check out and my keys didnt work the next day. But the playground was a plus, the parking was reasonable and there is a decent pool! I say 3/5 but the man of the house said 4/5!

The hotel was absolutely unacceptable! The toilet in our room was clogged, and when we called for assistance, we were instructed to come down and get a plunger ourselves. The manager had the audacity to say, โWhat do you expect at these prices?โ This is completely ridiculous! There was a massive hole in the wall, and to top it off, I found a cigarette burn on my sheet.
Typically, this hotel charges around $57 a night, but due to the local graduation, we were charged over $200. This is blatant price gouging. The health department should seriously consider condemning this establishment, and I cannot believe it is affiliated with a reputable company. My family and I deserve a refund for this horrendous experience!

Iโm a seasoned traveler and this place evokes memories of staying in the far off hinterlands outside Calcutta. Bathroom was dirty and when I complained to the manager he shrugged and handed me a broom (no dustpan). If you want to experience third world conditions right here in the USA, this should do the trick.

This was a return trip for us. The 1st time we stayed on the 1st floor. Room was perfect. This time we were on the 3rd floor. The room smelled like wet puppies. We kept the balcony door open to help air the room out. Otherwise iur stay was good.

The hotel is clean, but dated. Off the beaten path with an abandoned HoJo's restaurant next door, up a long hill - not the easiest to find at night, and some of the parking (esp if front lot is full) is a dark walk to the reception area. Room was comfortable, breakfast unremarkable but breakfast hours are good. Not my first choice in the area but it was adequate for our needs; just not a fan of dark parking lots at night.
