Front desk staff could improve their friendliness. We felt more like an inconvenience than guests. The rest was fine. Some tea in reception would also be nice as my family are not coffee drinkers.

Fabulous location for a stay in Paris. Easy access to Metro; easy walking to Montmartre and Sacre Coeur; restaurants close by. We found the staff very helpful. This was our second stay at this hotel.

Great place to stay. We travelled with our 9 year old son, so an extra bed was arranged. In spite of that, you could still move around in the room (a real Plus for Paris as other places I stayed, tend to be very cramped. Location is great. Facilities are good and the breakfast is excellent; more than worth the extra charge.

The mattress was awful and the room was not very tidy.

Decor was tasteful.....breakfast offered a wide variety and a later time for those of us who are not early risers....though we didn't realize until we checked out that breakfast was not included and was rather pricey....location great....comfort was great....would definitely stay there again.
