Once a nice place. Now just poorly maintained
This was likely a really nice hotel at one point. But it belongs more on good bones than on hotels.com. it was dirty, run down, and one of the two showers had standing water in it when we checked in. No towels, no trash cans. The staff were friendly. But, there is no way this should have such a high rating on this sight. The occupancy not on our suite that did have a lifted area with a bed and separate bathroom showed that at one point it was a $399 standard rate. But that was many, many moons ago.

Horrible conditions
The pool is closed, they are not pet friendly. There was trash laying all over the ground, cars on jacks being worked on in the parking lot. Room smelled of chemicals and not cleaning chemicals and found dead roaches in a kitchen drawer. Total false advertising! Totally disgusting!

Roaches
Roaches everywhere, we couldn't believe how many we seen. We went up to the front desk and the entry door was locked. We would like to have a refund , shouldn't let people stay there.

Avoid this property
The following were adverstised...Free breakfast, pool, tv...The following were actually in place...NO BREAKFAST, with big signage at check-in; no water in the filthy pool; no batteries in any of the tv remotes. This property acts as what seems like a short-term rental apartment (which is fine), however, presents as a hotel (which is not fine). You can smell smoke throughout the non-smoking room. Towels and bedding were soiled. Avoid this place.

disgusting place DO NOT STAY HERE
please read the reviews before you book!!! i definitely learned my lesson with this one, i saw that the review was a 6.2/10 so i thought it wouldn’t have been that bad but if i had just read the reviews i definitely would have not booked with this hotel. all the one star reviews has been spot on. as we walked in we were hit with a strong smell of cigarette smoke in a “non smoking” room. the room looked super run down with holes in the walls that has been “patched” up and broken doors. the sheets had hair left from the last visit of other people so we weren’t sure if the sheets were clean, the pillows were basically lumps with stains all over, there were burn marks on the sheets and it just felt so unsafe. another reason why i booked with this hotel was because they advertised free hot breakfast which when arrival, there was a sign saying no hot breakfast available or any at all. there seems to people who actually live in these hotel rooms and we had a “neighbor” blasting music all night. it was just overall and AWFUL experience. we drove for 9+ hrs and was expecting and excited for a nice place to sleep based on the photos but that was far from what we got. please look for other places to stay in the area this place is not it
