The first night the receptionist gave us Queen size bed, telling us that it was s king size. The next higher person in front desk changed our room to. Proper king size.

Would not honor our reservation even though it was paid in full

It was a very quick stay. The rooms were nice and I really like any hotel that gives you free bottles of water. I get dehydrated on the plane. The restaurant attached was nice too, try ALL the cheese!

Staff were very friendly, beds were comfy and the lake was right there. I love this hotel not the standard efficient hotel in Switzerland.

Good 4-star hotel - comfortable stay. Only problems were: 1) there is parking in a square RIGHT BEHIND HOTEL (30 metres away) but we were not advised of this for bag drop off on arrival. Wife had mobility issues. I did email hotel asking of there was a convenient drop-off spot for bags. They stated there was not 2) Tea/ coffee selection in room very limited. Cups small and tea/ coffee machine not great. Surprising for a 4-star hotel
