Well impressed with all aspects of our trip. Wonderful location, very comfy room and very clean. Impressed with the cleaneness throughout the hotel, and the staff were so friendly. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice , and the whole area was kept very clean and tidy- omelette was delicious !! Will definatly stay again .

Original room hadn’t been cleaned but replacement found quickly. Room was lovely and spacious every amenity you could wish for. Bed was king sized very comfortable. The hotel stay started a little late due to late checkouts, and we were given a room with a bath for our first room after waiting nearly 2 extra hours on top of the 3pm check in time, we requested a walk in shower for our room, my brother and dad had one that they didn’t request, but we’re happy with, at least when I rang reception and told them we requested a walk in shower so then said to wait for a call they were going to call housekeeping to sort a room for us. Once we received that room we had a great stay, the breakfast was great, at least we had air conditioning in the room, we did have to evacuate due to a fire alarm went off, but apart from that we were fine.

Extremely friendly staff. I asked if I could possibly check in a little earlier which was accommodated as my daughter was in dire need of a nap! Very handy location as only 5/10 mins from Bullring and also very close to the Gay Village for the Pride festival. Have stayed here for the last 4 Pride events and will stay again :)

I have stayed at this hotel many times, it is generally very good, but the air conditioning was not working, and apparently had not been for 2 weeks or so. This was not pointed out when checking in. A fan was supplied but the room was so hot. Nearly impossible to sleep
