The lobby receptionists and the hotel’s internal staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. In contrast, there was quite a noticeable difference in attitude compared to the staff at the hotel shuttle point (parking area). If you are not renting a car, I would recommend booking the hotel’s tour packages directly. The shuttle point is some distance from Wadi Rum village (about a 20-minute drive), and the transfer from the shuttle point(parking area) to the hotel itself takes around 15 minutes. By booking the hotel’s tours, you can better coordinate your schedule with the main attractions and the stargazing activities, while also reducing the time spent traveling back and forth between the hotel, shuttle point, and other locations. The hotel facilities themselves are quite good. However, due to maintenance and environmental factors, the property does not appear as new or as pristine as it does in the photos. Overall, though, the hotel is still in good condition.

Amazing location

Amazing location, nice staff and great accommodation to take advantage of where you are. It isn’t 4 star but you are in the desert and we found the accommodation comfortable and food ok, but main thing was location and night skies were stunning

Visitamos el hotel en diciembre, hicimos un tour de 4 horas en una camioneta Toyota, la persona que nos atendió fue muy amable, el tour definitivamente vale la pena. llegamos al hotel a hacer el check in, moríamos de hambre y no tenían nada de comer hasta las 6:30pm, pienso que deberían tener alguna barra de snaks para venta. El concepto está muy padre pero les falta mantenimiento, la puerta de la entrada se atoraba y nos costaba trabajo salir, las burbujas ya no son 100% transparentes se ven opacas, y están todas parchadas por dentro, también consideren que son burbujas infladas con aire, entonces todo el tiempo está circulando mucho aire, en diciembre eso es un problema. Fuera de eso es una experiencia que vale totalmente la pena, la comida está muy muy buena!
