Staff made it a pleasant stay

The staff was very helpful. The room was very clean and nice. The breakfast was delicious.

Service was fantastic. The desk clerk got me set up quickly and helped me with dining tips and directions to my event. She was friendly and helpful, and very pleasant. The room was typical for a hotel like this and was alright. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were awful - too small for my head, not thick enough to give much support, but too thick if you doubled them up. I woke up with a sore neck and a bit of headache. The furniture was a little run down. The top drawer on my nightstand kept sliding open no matter how many times I closed it.

The room just smelled bad had a musty smell

This was a quick overnight trip & the location was perfect - close to the freeway as well as several large stores & restaurants. The room was clean, the building seems to be well maintained & the breakfast was very nice.
