The hotel needs a refurbishment. The rooms are clean, but very dated. The shower was not up to modern standards. Hotel staff were helpful and polite.

Clean and comfortable. Lobby was nicely decorated for the season with hot cider or lemon water offered at reception. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. There is a small gym.The complimentary hot breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel buffet. Several hot options including sausage, make your own waffles, eggs with jalapenos and bacon, and hash browns with melted cheese on top as well as bagels, cereal, yogurt, breakfast sweets and fruit. Would definitely return if in the area again.

Close to So Shore Rehab & Skilled Care where needed to care for sister. Very long day. No one to check me in. After calling out, knocking on employee door, etc., finally found phone # to call. Guy reportedly was on 3rd floor and apologized. But I waited for over 15 minutes. No bell or instruction left to contact anyone if attendant not present. Was frustrated and tired. MIT was around 8:30pm.
