Excellent location - central, next to everything: main boulevard Via Etnea,tourist attractions,bus station ( bus from/to the airport,) metro station, supermarkets,good restaurants; the superior apartment we booked is spacious, they do some cleaning every day and provide some water ; if you want to cook your breakfast for instance, there are conditions to do that; on the last night of our staying there was a troubling situation with the electric power: we plugged in the hair dryer and surpise - the electric power in the entire apartment stoped suddenly,so there was no AC, no lights to pack our things - we had an early flight 6a.m .no power to charge our phones, low running water pressure. I texted the number on site ( whom I previously got in touch with) and although it wasn't that late around 22.30 pm and then called couple of times we got no answer about what we could do -maybe a switch somewhere ...so we spent the night awake in a unbreathable air . The mattress and the topper of the bed are bad , synthetic and gets hotter and hotter and takes the shape of your weight, that's why it becomes uncomfortable shortly. The bathrooms has no ventilation whatsoever.
