- we stayed two nights, and on both nights, early in the morning there was shouting and loud talk by other guests in the corridor outside which woke us up. When we tried calling the front desk about the above issue the room telephone did not work - its was dead. We tried calling the hotel using our own phone but just got repeating messages We reported the phone problem to the front desk after the first night, but the phone was still dead the second night. - after checking in, the room key did not work and I had to return to reception to get it fixed. The next day after returning to the hotel, the room key did not work and I had to go back to reception to get it fixed again. - in the room, there was only water cup in the bathroom and there was only one regular tea bag in the room.

Clean hotel, the room was not what was expected/order from Hotels website, they provided alternative but start of the conversation with clerk was already on back foot, then had to wait for them to find alternative to suit my needs.
