We got in really late and only needed the room for a couple of hours before continuing on our trip. The lady at the front desk was really rude. After checking in, I went to our room and when I walked in there was no light switch. There was a motion detector on the wall but it didn't turn anything on. And the override didn't work as well. I walked into the bathroom and the lights are the old halogen type, only put off very faint light. I know you sometimes have to play with the switch so I played with the light switch and nothing. So I went back to the front desk and told her the problem. She told me to flip the switch on and off and it works fine. I told her I already tried that, she told me I was doing it wrong. I went back to the room and tried again, still nothing. I then found another light switch, and it was the same kind of light, with the same result. I went back to the front desk and asked her to come show me, she told me no, the lights work fine. I said, could I please get another room. She said only if I put everything back the way it was, I said, I haven't touched anything except the light switches. I asked again for another room, we finally got another room. When we got into this one, you'll never believe what happened. The same thing. Same lights. I was able to finally get the bathroom light to turn on. We used our phones flashlight to get ourselves into bed. Oh yeah, the bed, if you like sleeping on a piece of plywood, then this is the bed for you.
