The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful! Free transportation by bus to town center at the hotel’s doorstep is a true gift from Luxembourg to its visitors and residents. It’s a beautiful city and we enjoyed the food and ambiance of the city!

Perfect for a relax stay

It was a very good stay, the room was a bit small but the bathroom spacious. It has amenities such as coffee and herbal teas. The breakfast has several options but the coffee from the coffee machine could be better. In general we enjoy our stay! I recommend you to take the bus instead of tram if you don’t want to walk.

Easy access to town centre, on two main bus lines, opposite a lovely Brasserie, Pizza Place and Chinese place. Very quiet area. Very nice service from front desk, always smiling and polite. The only drawback was that the air conditioning did not work very well, so overnight it became rather hot. Would go back there, for sure.

the staff was incredibly sweet and helpful, and extremely accommodating. The room is perfect and the area is quiet. the bus stop is right in front of the hotel so you can get to the center in minutes. The food was delicious too.

I enjoyed my stay at the Mercure. Lovely room ... wine available in the bar ... small fridge and there is a grocery store within 20 minute walk. Public transportation is free and there is a #9 bus stop in front of the hotel which goes to the train station.

Nice, comfortable and very clean. It was weird that the shower area didn't have a door and it faced the flor to ceiling wrap aroumd windows. Other than that it was great! Good breakfast, helpful staff.

Our stay at the Mercure was excellent. Luxembourg was our final stop and the Mercure provided a perfect stay for us to rest up for the long flight home. I’d like to address the ease of the bus system in Luxembourg as the hotel staff explained it to us and we were able to move around the city with such ease. Thank you! We will certainly recommend and return if the opportunity arises.

Decent hotel but horrible service. Staff entered our room at 8am without knocking or announcing while we were sleeping despite having a noon checkout. The managers in the reception blamed it all on poor cleaning maids instead of taking responsibility and arguing with me.

Plus que bof

Le personnel d’accueil est plus que décevant. Boite désagréable. Le personnel du petit déjeuner en revanche est plus que parfaitement attentionné ( merci Ines ) Le personnel de ménage qui tape à la chambre à 9h du matin in dimanche plus que moyen … couchés tard nous aurions adoré faire la grasse matinée 😡 Pas de changement de verre sur trois nuits et pour le papier toilette nous sommes allés le chercher nous même. La clim ne fonctionnait pas. ( et il faisait 31 degrés au Lux !) pas de parking et il est finalement assez compliqué de se garer dans le coin même au mois d’août ! En revanche lit de bonne qualité et petit déjeuner agréable.
