Stayed at hotel 10/28 - 11/6. We expected colder temperatures being from out of State guests. The disappointment was staying in a room with a broken thermostat and without much heat. The positives were being provided 2 small portable heaters, a microwave in the room to make hot drinks and the room service. We would return in warmer weather. It’s conveniently located to daughter’s residence and downtown Chicago.

It is a very nice place, but I couldn't get the room cooled down. It was chilly outside, but the room remained at 73, which is too hot for sleeping.

Spent three nights here for a conference stay. Throughout, staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Room was clean, a good size for solo or couple traveling. I could not master the thermostat, so it was often warmer in the room than I would care for, but it was not dire enough for me to bother hotel staff. Restaurant food was good, typical hotel prices, but fairly generous portions. Recommended if your travel takes you into this part of town.

Very comfortable and convenient location about 2 miles from the lakefront/convention center. Spacious rooms

Hotel was perfectly located for the Chicago marathon. The rooms were clean and comfortable and staff were pleasant, helpful, and courteous. Check-in was a breeze. I had already read that they would "charge" my credit card $100 for incidentals so I was prepared and the amount was refunded at the end of the trip. The Lobby had banana and water for participants after the marathon and the concierge took the time to take pictures after. Definitely will stay for my next trip
