This hotel was a disappointment. I thought it would have been okay since it was a DoubleTree. My family and I had a nice room, but the hotel itself is not in a good condition anymore. There was always an elevator that wasn't working, the outdoor pool on the 4th floor was unavailable, and the last few days the front doors of the hotel itself were not working - they had to have someone stand by the door to open and close it so the cool air stayed in as much as possible. Additionally, within the first hour we were there, the fire alarm went off so we had to evacuate to the front of the hotel. My two kids were so scared as they climbed down 8 flights of stairs. I also thought that this hotel was one that had a complimentary breakfast - I guess I looked at so many hotels I got confused. For most people, this hotel will be acceptable, but ones with children, you will need to look elsewhere.
