노보텔 푸켓 리조트

호텔의 관리 상태와 직원들의 친절도는 준수한 편이 었습니다. 그러나 조식 등 호텔에서의 식사는 가격대비 퀄러티가 떨어지는 편입니다.

This resort is a beautiful place. The room is spacious and the beds are comfortable. The staff members are friendly and helpful. My only comment is that the tennis courts need serious maintenance right away. The ground is all chipped in many spots and puddles everywhere. It is dangerous for guests to play in. You cannot and should not charge guests for taking tennis lessons in such poor tennis court condition. I think if Novotel brings up the tennis courts standard, they can advertise to promote more their tennis programs to attract tennis lovers.

Even though we only stayed the one night, the service provided to us was beyond anything we have experienced before. Absolutely loved it!!!!!!

Overall the experience is good. The staff are friendly especially the service staff who shuttled us from lobby to our apartments. The only improvement feedback we have is for the free shuttle service from Central Phuket to hotel. Providing this service is extremely useful for guests, however, the queueing process should be improved to avoid misunderstanding and unnecessary conflicts. Perhaps Novotel can consider putting a sign at the waiting area so that all guests know where the queue starts and who is the 12th person (last person) who can board the free shuttle. Alternatively, Novotel can allow guests to indicate their preferred return time.
