“Concierge” was “asleep” at 7AM at desk on a Sat.
Front desk guy was “Asleep” at front desk when I went to get coffee at 7AM. Must have had a long night. Was still wearing beer shirts from last night. Batteries were missing from remotes and front desk didn’t have any extra. But, for $120 on a Friday night, you get what u pay for. Also, bed was on wheels.

Weird vibes.
No hot water. Toilet was running all night. Tv didn’t work. Blinds didn’t close all the way and also didn’t span the entirety of the window. The profile pictures are extremely deceiving, and show a neighboring hotel, which is not the kings inn motel. But the bed was comfortable, and was walking distance to some fun places.

2/10 Poor

The Second Most Worst Hotel Stay
Based on the price and the reviews I expected a whole lot more. TV had no signal. Ice bucket no plastic liner. There were two individuals crouching down behind a wall out of view of the front desk smoking God knows what. The door barely locked and had to be forced. No decorations whatsoever. I tore my socks on a gap in the prefab flooring that was not installed right. Hardly any furnishings, the chair in the bedroom was a folding chair leaned up against the wall. There was no bottom sheet on the bed, just a mattress cover, top sheet and a blanket. When I reserved with my card they had already run it and charged it. Usually I can hold with a card and submit a different card for the bill and incidentals. I was given no receipts for services upon checkout, so I still don't know what I was charged for. Hotels.com should be ashamed for offering up this property, as it was below standard and frankly a dive.

2/10 Poor

Booked this $318 visit to Kings Inn after seeing the cover photo of what appeared to be a high rise hotel. Arrived at Kings Inn and immediately realized the cover photo was intentionally misleading and I was staying at the motel in front. I should have looked deeper before booking, but this was a pretty sneaky tactic. Upon arrival to the office in front, there were tons of cords and tools lying around (trip hazards with no signs) and about six people in a tiny office just standing around. It felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. When we checked in, the desk guy was pleasant enough but he just asked my name and handed me the key. Not a word about check-out or anything we may need to know. Literally did not say anything. We entered the room and as we looked around we realized the following: -None of the lamps were plugged in -There was a hair dryer but no outlets in the bathroom or near the bathroom (using a hair straightener in the sitting room was interesting). -The WiFi network and password didn’t work -The TV turned on but the cable didn’t work -No screens in the windows -Phone is set up so that the cord is stretched completely tight to the outlet (not a huge deal but just one thing in a long list of issues with a bizarre room) -Overall room/bathroom was a dump -The alleyway was so loud that it was nearly impossible to sleep. The area this motel is located in doesn’t feel safe. Summary: Misleading, unwelcoming, gross. Spend your money elsewhere.

Okay for a short stay
Very basic motel, no in room amenities. The rooms by the road were quite loud so aim for one further back. On site parking was excellent

Poor
Let me start with the good things first. It was very well located in the city to get to the light rail station and was walking distance to Pikes market, the space needle and other fun things. We took the light rail to the Mariners Baseball game that sits right next door to the Seahawks football stadium. The room was pretty clean and we felt safe there. The room itself was in pour shape. The parking was terrible, there was a underground parking lot that when i got down there in my Ford F150 truck we could not figure out how to get back out. We ended up scraping the side of the step side getting out. There were missing light bulbs, we could never get the TV working and when we asked for help it was non existent. There was alot of street noise that disrupted our sleep and the bed was marginal at best. Good thing we only spent 8 to 9 hours a night there. We were gone all day site seeing

Clean comfortable and good location
At first I wasn't sure what to expect. The place is newly renovated, very clean, fluffy towels and great staff. Hairdryer provided upon request at the front desk. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Wifi can be spotty but is free. Park at the street level if possible as the below ground parking is very steep ramp and very small tight turns. Think 1950 size. Bed was very comfortable and linens clean. Hot water. Good AC and new TV wall mounted. Hot water, tea, coffee in the main lobby. Ice machine downstairs. Great location close to attractions and downtown.

Not upscale by any means but the service was great and it was clean. We called at 630 am and asked if we could check in early and they said to call back when we were closer to wanting to check in and they would let us know if they had a room clean. We called back at 8 and they had a room ready for us and they didn't charge us any extra for the early check in. When we got there check in was fast. We had trouble with the tv and someone came in and showed us how to work the cable box. The staff was very friendly. No complaints at all.
