Bad Hotel Staff
We left our room to have breakfast and left the sign "Room Occupied" outside at 9:15. We returned at 10:15 to find that they were cleaning our room as if we had left. All of our personal items were moved to a cabinet behind the door, toothbrush gone and toilet paper removed. The maid apologized and said the floor supervisor told her we had left. She said she told him our personal items are still in the room but he told her to continue cleaning for the next guest. My wife spoke to the supervisor and told him we have until 11:00 to check out. He kept defending himself instead of apologizing. I had to step outside and tell him to end the combatant discussion with my wife that he had no business removing personal items.
He told me his name is Cruz but wasn't wearing a name tag so maybe a false name.
We filed a written complaint with management only because Cruz mishandled the situation.

Is housekeeping still a thing?
The floor clearly wasnโt vacuumed. There was old advil pills and peanuts all over the floor. Walls look like they need to be painted and it felt overall very dirty.

Do your self a favor and book at another hotel.
Where to begin? The room was dirty, they did not have soap/shampoo or conditioner in the room. When I called and asked, they brought up some soap, but said they ran out of shampoo. The restaurant is under construction, there is garbage every morning by the elevator. They do not have maid service, unless you call them in advance. I paid over $500.00 a night, I do NOT recommend this hotel.

Not good
The front desk was super helpful, thatโs about all I can say that is positive, and the location. The beds are awful, we had no shampoo. The room wasnโt super clean either. The casino was super hot because I guess the AC wasnโt working. On the morning we left, 1 of the 4 elevators was working. And since it was celebrity golf week, we paid over 1k for two night on a Wednesday and Thursday. We should have stayed at one of the cheaper ones off the main road on the California side, but now we know. I stayed here when it was Caesars in 1998 and Iโm not sure much has been done since then.

Needs A Staff upgrade
staff in front lobby lazy as can be. always asking for help and running to back of office taking everyones time very unprofessional and waited to check in for a long time. tried countless times to contact the lobby from hotel room no one there to answer calls. even when approching hotel called to confirm room availability just let the phones ring. room not up to par at all. 4 of my 5 towels had hairs on them which is wild!

Front desk staff were extremely inattentive. Waited 20 min in a 4 person line to check in when there were 3-4 people working behind the desk. Room was dated but well cleaned and comfortable.

Pros:
- good location
- clean and spacious rooms
Cons:
- separate parking and resort fees. They do communicate this upfront though
- we chose this hotel primarily for the large indoor pool which was closed for most of our stay
- may not be specific to this casino hotel in the area. But the entire place smelt of cigarettes. Wish they had specific smoking zones that were separate like in Atlantic City or Las Vegas!

Very bad hotel, don't try to be cheap, cheap is not good, stayed for two days in total, the water was cut off for the whole day on the first day, the toilet was unusable. On the second day, there was no hot water in the shower, the water was black. Will never come again, absolutely

The mini fridge didn't work and smelled when opened. Notified front desk and they said they would send somebody up to look at it and never did. One of the card keyes didnโt work. Bed was somewhat uncomfortable. Shower was nice.
