Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Check in was easy, quick and staff greeted upon arrival. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Area was quiet and close to food and shopping options. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel!

VERY CLEAN AND BEAUTIFUL

This hotel was beautiful. Very very clean. The best. Everything was perfect like straight out of the pictures. Worth it. Definitely will be staying again when visiting Houston.

The staff were so unprofessional, sold the room we booked (2 queen beds), and were unwilling to give it back. AC didn't work as well as there were bugs everywhere. Didnt get reimbursed for not getting the room we reserved when there was a $20 difference.

Breakfast isn’t available even though website says during booking. Not upto the standards of days-Inn. Towel hanger is broken. Facilities and services are not upto the mark as per price. Room had water leak from air conditioner. Had to call service to take care of it.shower force was way low.
