The hotel was great, and the staff were extremely accommodating for us. They were there for us no matter the time of day or night. The location was within walking distance of everywhere... and we walked everywhere! Great cafes and restaurants right outside the door also. We will be coming back.

Little things. Was asked to fill in a preregistration form with age and requirements. I’m 71 and said needed to be able to make coffee in room. Ended up on a mezzanine floor which meant lugging my case up and down stairs with my bad ankle and a kettle that didn’t work ( took two days to get a replacement ). So why preregistration I ask! Also only one person on front desk to do everything from manning the small bar, setting up tables for next morning’s breakfast and usual front desk activities. The staff were lovely and location perfect for exploring Paris and restaurants. Just think management needs to rethink how they run the place.

Great location! Room was very small (typical for France)and a little worn. Service was great. Air conditioning was excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

Great service and people. Hate to leave a bad review but this was a very dingy and dilapidated hotel room. Understand buildings are old in Paris but this place really needs to shut down and renovate. Room was damp and had a moldy smell. Neighboring buildings we could see from our window were falling apart as well. Pictures were not representative of the room.
