The hallways leading to our room were very dirty and worn and torn carpet. Our room was quite comfortable, with a good bed, and quite clean. The overall condition of the hotel is very much in need of repair and upgrade.

Frustrating. Arrived at airport 11pm, no answer at hotel x 15 minutes to ask for shuttle. Ubered to hotel, still no one at the desk, just a note saying no one was at the front desk. In my room by midnight.

Upon arriving, checking in was not an issue. Even though the upper latch worked to secure door but tje deadbolt was not working. The micro-fridge did not work at all. And i couldn't get the room to warm up the A/C unit. This morning at check out the person at the counter didn't sound too happy. There was also water all over the floor.
