DO NOT STAY HERE. Front desk agent took 20 minutes to check the person in front of me in and then another 20 minutes to check me in. Didn't even tell me anything about breakfast, checkout, etc. Just finally handed my room key and said the room number, didnt even tell me where the elevators were. Rude and no sense of customer service.
Then got to my room to find that it wasn't even the correct one with the correct beds. And the overwhelming stench of BO and filth was almost unbearable. Everything looked like it hadn't been cleaned in MONTHS. There wasn't a single surface in there that was clean. Even the floors were making the sticky noise with my shoes. There was even something thickly frozen inside the freezer! Poor cleanliness and failure to hold themselves to any type of standard. Don't waste your money. Go ANYWHERE else.
And on top of everything else, they charges my card 4 different times even though i had already paid in advanced through a third party booking.

It was fine, convenient to the Hospital, and to the 0place where family lived. I felt safeโฆand loved the handicapped room. The breakfast was less than stellarโฆbut perhaps I was too early for it.

Forced to stay here because everything else was booked.
First room stunk like mold and mildew. Complained and asked to be moved to another, was told there would be a cleaning fee because I put my stuff on the bed.
Staff takes me to another room on the first floor. Smell is even worse. Front desk agents next plan was to attempt to gaslight me into believing there is no smell. He called his manager who came in the room and confirmed โyep, itโs mold and humidityโ.
They move me to another room. Smell gone, still disgusting.
They pump the lobby full of air freshener to cover it up. They clearly had major flooding on the first floor in the last hurricane, and did not properly take care of the moisture.
The rest of the place looked like it has not been cleaned in weeks or months.
Coming from a guy who spent years sleeping on the ground in the worst of places, this is 3rd world levelโฆ

I enjoyed the pool area. It had a nice privacy fence. It was a convenient location for the meeting I was attending. The part I didn't like was that the plumbing and flooring need repair/updating. However, there was a sign saying that they are going to be doing some renovations. The platform bedframe was pretty noisy, as well. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

It made my daughter fearful because of the noises made by the doors that were stuck. The drapes fell off. The shower had no pressure. There were stains on the sheets and carpet in our room.

The lobby furniture was old & torn . There was mold between the windows it smelled so bad in the halls.
The flooring in the room was coming up . There was repairs to the walls . The light fixture in the bathroom was old @ dirty . We paid $230.00 and $270.00 . A night !!! It was terrible . They moved us to another room the second night and it wasnโt much better .
