Good check-in process, the hotel front of house areas have had a refresh and the hotel is now looking more contemporary. Unfortunately, the bedrooms need the same attention as they are tired and the bathroom in my room was very small.

Complaint

We will be looking to raise a complaint about the hotel stay. The room on arrival smelt so badly of stale smoke. It was too late for us to speak to reception and change rooms as we have children who weee tired and wanted to sleep. There were cigarette butts in the window frame and ash all along the window as well. Will be looking for a refund for this stay as our clothes for our holiday then all smelt And we have no way of washing them
