Have stayed at this hotel 1-2x year for many years. Unfortunately the hotel rooms are looking worn down. Room needed to be repainted, old piece of candy on the carpet, bedding is worn, unpleasant odor in the rooms also.

We were told breakfast was included and then it was not. However the staff allowed us to have the breakfast but otherwise we would not have eaten. It was certainly not worth the price they were asking. It was mediocre and just like all the other hotel free breakfasts.

The hotel is well situated for access to the area. The price point is reasonable. The hotel needs to be updated; the rooms and hallways are becoming shabby.

I love the comfort that these hotels provide! We have yet to have one bad experience with them! Rooms are always clean, love that animals are welcome, and being able to check in and check out through the app is my ABSOLUTE favorite along with the digital keys!

We booked the room and got the cancellation insurance through Expedia with the for the same day. Then had to cancel in 30-45 min. The person who we wanted to surprise turned out to be sick. We called the Hotel to cancel, they said call the Expedia. When we called Expedia they said you were supposed to do it through the hotel. We said we got the insurance- but the insurance required the sick personโs first and last name. The hospital he was in/ if in hospital, the caring doctorโs name who can confirm and A LOT MORE information. Then later the Expedia sent an email saying that hotel where we got the room, did not pick up the phone, so they could not talk to them, so they will not refund the money. Which was just plain unprofessional, because they said :โno refund โ - first time we called. So there it is. We were -$321 - without staying in hotel - even with insurance
