Property was beautiful but beware of what days you go. The restaurants are closed several days per week so we had to keep leaving the resort for food.
Check in was really long. Upon arrival, you are expected to scan a qr code in the parking lot. Then you wait for them to text you before one member of your party goes inside to wait in two different lines to check in with two separate people.
Check out was equally frustrating. It was a quick text. But you had to be out before 10 am. And you are expected to strip your own bed linens, towels, and take out your trash.
Check in /check out procedure is not posted online or in the welcome email so we didn't know until we got there.
