Just wrapped up a stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton on Dixon Road in Toronto โ and I have to say, the staff were absolutely amazing! ๐ Friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience feel welcoming from start to finish. Donโt forget to ask for your cookie at check-in โ a sweet treat that sets the tone! ๐ช
Only one small suggestion: it would be great to have a few outdoor seating areas to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. ๐ Sometimes you just want to sit outside and relax.
Still, a solid stay and a big shout-out to the hardworking hospitality workers who keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. ๐๐ช #UnionProud #HospitalityHeroes #DoubleTreeToronto #ThankYou

The problem with this hotel is the cost of parking which is added on at the check in counter, and is not part of the Hotel.com price. It was also confusing as to how to drop off baggage before heading to airport to return rental vehicle. The restaurant on site serves good food, but far too expensive for its ambiance. It tries to masquerade as fine dining, when it looks like a cheap diner.

The stay was good but parking is very expensive and inconvenient. Likely will not stay again because of the parking issue.
