Very run down and does not feel like a safe area to have your car. The hotel smells of smoke and it’s located near a busy/ loud intersection. We were given keys and got up to the room and it wasn’t ready yet. One of the lights didn’t work and while we let someone know it was never fixed. The kitchen isn’t usable since it didn’t have any cups, plates, etc. It was so disappointing we switched hotels after two nights.

Trash in hallway and roach was in my room had to switch rooms three times

This location is very convenient. Terrance at the front desk was AMAZING. Very friendly and helpful. Only problem is I was on the back side and could hear the train. Other than that my stay was fine.

Dirty, no one at the desk for 15-20 minutes to check in. Room stunk, no sheets for pull out couch

Customer service was great the first week or so but it declined. Kenny and the manager were consistent and p NBC

The room was not clean. The hotel was out was towels & said it would be a 45 min wait for new towels. Not well kept

My stay was amazing. Facility was clean, close to the train so very accessible to downtown area. Only issue was coming in at night; the card reader at the front entrance was not working and no one was at the front desk. The first night, someone had to call their guest to come from their room to open the door. The second night, myself and a group of other guests had to wait until the front desk person came from wherever they were.

It had big roaches in the rooms and hallway and room smelled like fish bad smell

Customer service, friendly staff. I’d stay at this location again

This hotel room was Small And outdated never again.
