Rooms are fine although "tired" (somewhat dated). The rooms with balconies are fine. The food is "OK" (cafeteria level). Still, a very positive experience overall.

Access to the Dead Sea was good , apart from one thing, they need to look at the rotating doors to the sea .they are not smooth functioning and with a push did had a sudden move which hit my elderly mum They need to seriously change that or it is dangerous The breakfast was good but the coffee was not. dinner was average The sulphur bath was very good

Je n’ai jamais été dans une chambre si proche de l’eau. Dommage le Spa était fermé. Mais la plage privée est sublime. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux. Deux choses non positives. Problèmes récurrents et expérience mitigée

Le problème récurrent avec l'hôtel "Vert" est leur politique concernant la taxe pour les invités israéliens. Ils exigent le passeport de tous les invités, et si l'un d'entre eux est israélien, il doit payer la taxe, même si les autres ne le sont pas. Par exemple, si le mari est français, il ne paie pas la taxe, mais si la femme est israélienne, elle devra la payer. Cela signifie qu'il est quasiment impossible d'inviter son conjoint israélien sans qu'il soit pénalisé. La plupart des autres hôtels appliquent une politique différente : ils ne demandent qu'un seul passeport pour toute la réservation, ce qui permet à une seule personne de régler pour tout le monde, sans discrimination basée sur la nationalité. Ce problème spécifique à l'hôtel "Vert", qu'on retrouve également à Netanya, est inacceptable et devrait être corrigé. En plus de cela, j'ai eu la nette impression que le personnel à l'accueil cherche à maximiser les taxes qu'il peut imposer, ce qui donne une expérience peu agréable. Concernant le service global, il est plutôt correct dans l'ensemble, mais l'atmosphère dans le réfectoire laisse à désirer. Les serveurs (majoritairement personnel de certaines origines autre que israélien) se montrent brusques et peu calmes, ce qui rend l'expérience moins agréable et contribue à une ambiance assez agitée pendant les repas.
