The hotel stay was to be a nice end to a hectic tour for business. I thought somewhere out of the way would be nice, but sadly for me, this hotel was found lacking.
This hotel a perfect for those enjoying their Disneyland Tokyo experience, but nothing else.
The staff were perfect, couldn’t fault them.
The breakfast was fine, lacking quality breakfast items. While there was a good selection, I felt unsatisfied with the quality, wanting more even after I finished breakfast. I guess it’s fine for a breakfast before the Disney experience, but if I stayed here before my day out, I would get to the park and look for more food.
Don’t get me wrong, lovely hotel, and amazing staff, but food was poor. I’ve stayed at many hotels, sadly I won’t stay here again. No room service. No laundry service. No sandwhiches. The shop had bits, but nothing for lunch. Lunch could only be had at the restaurant, which was a set menu? Have a buffet lunch maybe, or selection of pre-made sandwiches/made to order/japanese food. I was perplexed by this.
I checked out early to go to another hotel near the airport. If going to Disney fine, but for me, I’d stay at another hotel, maybe the Hilton or something. Sorry.
