The check-in was highly disorganized. The front desk person was very frazzled, and not very attentive. She waved an unexpected $17 per night on site open parking lot fee because she thought she was putting me in a room that I did not request, which was handicap accessible. I was shocked by the parking charge because it was just a generic parking lot. Wrapping around a generic hotel. The gym had no sanitary wipes, or sprays. The food for breakfast was what I would expect at a Holiday Inn. There were no healthy choices other than half rotten bananas and yogurt. For hot coffee in paper cups, there were no sleeves for the scalding, hot coffee. Peculiar. The room was quite nice, and in good shape, other than that the showerhead did not function very well, and there was no Kleenex box in the Kleenex holder.
