청소상태가 불량하고 타월을 제대로 교환해주지않고 쓴것을 교환했다고 말하는 메이드..... 또한, 메이드가 손님 물건에 손대고 케리어가방을 열려고 다이얼을 조작한 흔적이 있어서 몹시 불쾌했다. 다행이 일어버린 물건은 없지만 숙박내내 불편하였다. 위치는 좋지만 추천하기에는 문제가 있다.

마레지구에 있어서 5분 거리 내의 트립어드바이저 맛집들도 많아 좋았습니다. 그리고 지하철역이 좌우로 가까이에 있고 슈퍼마켓도 1~2분 거리에 있어서 편리했습니다. 엘레베이터는 짐 2개, 사람 2명 정도 끼어서 타면 가능했습니다. 냉장고는 정말 작고 깊지 않아서 작은 음식들만 넣을 수 있습니다. 도로변에 있어서 밤까지 시끄러워서 귀마개를 하고 잤고 밤에 중앙난방이라 너무 추워서 목감기가 걸렸습니다. 아침 뷔페는 12유로인데 정말 별로였습니다. 근처 호스텔에서 무료로 먹었던 아침 식사가 훨씬 만족도가 나았습니다. 12유로인데 햄, 빵, 차 정도로 종류만 4-5개 정도였고 제가 이용했을 때 저밖에 이용하지 않았습니다. 식사 장소의 분위기만 좋았습니다. 초고속 인터넷 스테이션도... 분위기 예쁘게 꾸며놓은 1층 장소에 노트북 한 대가 놓여있는 정도였고 인터넷이 너무 느려서 아무 작업도 하지 못했습니다. 침대와 욕실 등 기본적인 시설을 이용하신다면 괜찮을 것 같지만 다른 서비스를 이용하시려면 많이 아쉬울지도 모르겠습니다.

Hotel has great location in the Marais. Updating is needed in the room but it was clean and comfortable. The only problem is that the elevator is very small.

They made you pay 170€ per night for a disgusting and dirty room where everything is in bad condition. The room smelled bad, there was dirt on the carpet and on the walls. Hairs on the tiles of the bathroom. Mold in the shower, on the window and on the ceiling. It's a shame to rent such a disgusting room. We were supposed to stay there 3 nigths but because they were not able to give us a decent room, we asked for a refund. A proof that they know the room is a shame, they accept the refund we asked even if it was prohibited by the booking contract. There is a big difference between a room that is outdated and a room badly maintained but it seems they don't know it. When I asked for an other room because this one was dirty, they told me that the room was clean, it was only old... I'll let you take a look at the pictures. The only positive thing about this place is the nice restaurants and bakeries nearby.

The room did not look anything like the photos online. I requested and paid for a deluxe room and got a standard size room. The bed did not look like it had fresh sheets and the towels in the bathroom were very small and thin. The bathroom door had a hole in it and the door handle kept falling off. Overall it did not live up to the expectations noted on hotels.com.
