The rooms were very clean and spacious. The hot tub was amazing! Breakfast in a nearby cafe was also nice. The only thing we didn’t like was the staff being really loud at 8am in the morning and slamming doors. It would be nice if they considered the guests sleeping.

Bellissima esperienza, posizione perfetta per vistare il quartiere Kalsa di Palermo, vasca superconfortevole. Unica nota non positiva, se in vasca ci si butta "con foga" si rischia di far uscire l'acqua fino a bagnare il pavimento sotto gli scalini e il letto, e i percorsi intorno al letto, non larghissimi. Ma davvero un pernottamento eccezionale.

Un havre de paix en plein cœur de Palerme ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet hôtel, idéalement situé en plein centre-ville de Palerme. Le quartier est vivant, animé, rempli de restaurants, de boutiques et d’une belle énergie portée par la jeunesse locale. Et pourtant, une fois dans l’hôtel, c’est le calme absolu. L’endroit est parfaitement isolé de l’agitation extérieure, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Nous avions une superbe chambre avec jacuzzi, sauna et une terrasse très confortable — un vrai cocon pour un séjour en couple. L’hôte était très disponible via WhatsApp, réactive et toujours prête à nous aider. L’accès est simple, via un code pour récupérer les clés, ce qui facilite beaucoup l’arrivée. Si vous cherchez un endroit paisible au cœur de l’effervescence palermitaine, ne cherchez pas plus loin : c’est ici qu’il faut poser vos valises

Nice room, very central.

Nice room very central but at no point we’re warned that it was in the ZTL. Very difficult to get information as website is all in Italian. You have to buy vouchers at a tabacchi and register them but you cannot do it on non Italian mobile phones. You have to work out how register on the ZTL WEBSITE. Spent many hours sorting it out. The property owner was extremely helpful.

My stay at Abside Hotel in Palermo was absolutely wonderful! The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated — the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. A special mention goes to Valentina, the host — she was truly adorable, kind, and always available whenever we needed help or advice. Her hospitality made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palermo, and I’ll definitely come back and book with Valentina again! 💛🇮🇹

We were placed in the wrong room. I was sick so we didn’t realise for the first hour. Once we raised it the host would not put us in the correct room as he was staying in it.

The area was great. Finding and accessing the home was pretty easy. The owners asked that we communicate through Whatsapp, which was fine. The toilet stopped working on the first day around 10:30pm, we communicated via WhatsApp immediately to the owner. We were advised it would be fixed in the morning. We were out exploring the entire next day and came back to a still broken toilet at 6:22pm. The owner did not get back to us all night and we did not have access working toilet all night again. We checked out the following morning as our weekend stay was over. The owner finally got back to us via WhatsApp after we checked out and asked how our weekend was. It obviously could have been better.

Pessima insonorizzazione

Il punto positivo è la posizione, centralissima e molto comoda. Purtroppo, nella Suite Junior, l'insonorizzazione è fatta malissimo e abbiamo dormito molto male durante il soggiorno. Siamo rimasti nella struttura per 6 notte, delle quale siamo riusciti a dormire bene solo quando la stanza accanto era vuota. Altrimenti si sente assolutamente tutto: dalla conversazione che gli ospiti accanto hanno all’acqua versata sul bicchiere. Se i vicini usano il fon, sembra di essere un’aspirapolvere nella stessa stanza. Non sappiamo se sia un problema solo della Suite Junior, ma in ogni caso è stato una cattiva sperienza. Altro problema è che non abbiamo avuto nessun cambio di biancheria o pulizia durante tutto il soggiorno (ripeto, 6 notte), con la scusa del covid (anche se cambiare biancheria e pulire una stanza vuota non mi sembra particolarmente rischioso in termini epidemiologici. Per il resto, il proprietario è attivo nel rispondere, ma non ha offerto nessuna alternativa per rispondere ai nostri problemi – abbiamo dormito molto molto male. La colazione è buona e la stanza è ampia.

Leider wurde ich um eine schöne Nacht gebracht. Das Zimmer mit dem Whirlpool war wirklich nicht schlecht.. Aber das Whirlpool war leider kaputt..... Und damit war meine Traumnacht keine...

The welcoming was very nice! I arrived after 9pm so there is a 15€ fee to pay. The room is nice but there were 2 major issues: - the floor wasn't clean inside or on the terrace, I could smell mojito or rhum on the terrace floor and there were stains of "dirty" drops everywhere inside, included the toilet floor - they probably had a party the night before. The ashtray ou the terrace was also full. and there were a flower pot with a cigarette but inside.. - the day after we forgot the key on the door inside the flat and they didn't have a way to open the door so they wanted me to pay a guy that would come to open it - I say no and they agree I won't have to pay. The jacuzzi was nice but the mini bar was fill with only 1 beer, 1 juice so not so much a minibar in my view. Overall it is a nice place with nice people but there are with things to improve

Both our birthday treats which we missed!!

It was a very nice place with friendly staff and a very comfy bed. They cleaned the jacuzzi every afternoon. The area was very safe and there was a supermarket just around the corner. The only downside were the small fridge and noise through thin walls. One night, someone even came in the building and was knocking all the doors at 8am. We didnt answer of course. But someone did. I could hear all that from my bed half asleep. すごく綺麗な宿泊先でした。スタッフの方もとても親切で、ベッドもとても寝やすかったです。ジュクージは毎日洗浄してもらい、とても清潔でした。スーパーがすぐそばで毎日開いていて便利でした。心配していたよりも安全な場所で、毎日歩いて夕食を楽しみました。ただ２つ残念だったのは、冷蔵庫が小さすぎて困ったのと、部屋の壁が薄く、周りの他の人の声が筒抜けなこと。イタリア語は全く分からないので何が起こってるのかさっぱりわかりませんでしたが、２日目の朝８時ごろ、大きな音で誰かが建物の中に入って来る音に目が覚めました。耳をすまして聞いていると一つ一つドアをノックして回っているようでした。誰かがドアを開けたようで、何か話している声が聞こえました。でもしばらくして静かになりました。あれは何だったのでしょう。今でも気になります。
