Adorable and fun. Clean and sweet. Would stay again. Loved the atmosphere, quiet and comfort.

506 Lofts was an amazing place to stay with my family but it would also be an amazing place to stay solo.

Fantastic downtown location - close to entertainment districts & dining. Loft was clean and had everything we needed. Pleasantly surprised by additional ’creature comfort’ items provided. Only down side to us was no on-site parking - several lots in area however. Would stay there again.

The loft was absolutely amazing! Loved the exposed brick and feel of the loft. I would totally live in a place like this. The location was great... a few blocks from Broadway and the Nissan stadium. Parking was also very close. We parked at the Library garage and was only a block away.

If your looking for a cool "home away from home" -- THIS IS IT! I love visiting Nashville and this just a couple blocks from Broadway and all of the downtown tourism hot spots. I definitely recommend for anyone on their first or 100th visit. Definitely feels like you're a local.

Really cool loft and location. We loved all the amenities and no contact check in. Made it so easy!!!

This was a great space that was near the entertainment district. There was a lot of homeless in the park and near the building typical of an urban area. They caused no issues, but may be a concern to some from suburban or rural areas not use to this.

I will forever be a fan of 506 Lofts rentals. Customer support was a second to none, my family and i recived priceless service and the rooms are beautiful, very clean, and fresh. Loft 303 is the place to be!!!!!!....you will not be dissapointed.

I Loved 506 Lofts! I was nervous to book a new property on Hotels.com without any previous reviews but after a little research, I took a chance and was so thrilled that I did. I had a minor issue when I arrived but the communication and response time from 506 Lofts was awesome. I hardly ever take the time to write reviews (and would really like to keep this gem to myself), but the property and management staff deserve it. Pre COVID -19, I traveled frequently for work & leisure and am a self-admitted hotel room Snob. 506 Lofts will absolutely be my first choice in Nashville going forward. (In fact I already booked another stay). I was in a 1 queen bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath with full kitchen & washer/dryer. (Just a note; the full bath is not ideal if you have multiple guests since the double sink is in the open bed loft space). I got a very cool, modern full apartment for less than the cost of most 3*+ standard hotel rooms. The loft looks exactly like the pictures displayed on website and the downtown location doesn’t get any better! I loved the privacy, safety and ease of the key-less entry. There is no crowed lobby, elevator, etc., which made my stay even more comfortable since I had to travel for family during the pandemic. This is not a hotel so no room service but grocery & liquor store a block away. Welcome snacks & water are in loft at arrival. And the owners give back to the community.
