홀리데이 인 호텔 & 스위트 오크빌 @ 브론테, 오크빌

호텔은 오래되어 리모델링이 필요하며, 냉장고는 사용이 못하여 불편하였으며, 직원들이 불친철하였다. 에를들면 화장실 변기가 막히었는데 변기 뚷는 Tool을 나에게 주며 뚤게 하였으며, 욕실의 수건을 나중에 갔다 주겠다고 메모를 남겨두고 안 갔다주었다. 호텔이 전반적으로 오래되고 직원들도 불친철하여 1주일 숙박후 주변 호텔로 옮겻다. 추천하고 쉽지않은 호텔임.

My only complaint is no mini fridge or microwave in room - this pretty much a standard at all hotels - maybe not the microwave but definitely fridges . Even if there was a communal microwave in lobby which we could access without having to bother front desk staff would work. Rooms were spacious though and beds were comfortable. Nowadays with all the travelling families do for sporting events, most of us bring food and snacks to assist in expenses.

The stay was good. Restaurant was under staffed and did not have drinks available although it was on the menu. ( did not have the liquor needed or waitress did not know how to make the drink requested. Said there was a sauna but did not have one

Great service - very welcoming

Nice hotel. Large clean room with a comfortable bed. Very little noise for being so close to a major highway. Enjoyed the pool, the water was warm very nice on a cold gray day. Robes would be a nice touch. Staff was very helpful. Shame the restaurant closes at ten for breakfast during the week.
